Founders

Every volume starts with a person who has built something. A conversation with a photographer, and one word comes out of it: the one that expresses the principle, the value that drives action, what turned human energy into something real and useful to the community.

The 11 Collection. The collection consists of eleven risograph photographic books, each centered on a human quality that drives entrepreneurial action. Every volume grows from a real conversation, a word that emerges naturally, and a visual interpretation grounded in lived experience. The physicality of the riso process, with its dense inks, textures and imperfections, mirrors the reality of creation and decision-making.

Emergence

Joseph Rutakangwa

Founder of Rwazi

Joseph Rutakangwa grew up in Tanzania during years of deep upheaval, his family losing everything more than once. What followed was a long process of rising, learning, and rebuilding. Those early years impressed on him a need for steadiness in a world that often shifts without warning.

As he moved through different fields of work and creation, Joseph kept searching for structure inside uncertainty. Over time that search gathered shape and eventually became Rwazi, a decision platform designed to bring foresight where instinct and pressure once dominated.

Joseph gives deeply, anchored by presence. His emergence is shaped by intuition, quiet recalibration, and a commitment to direction over destination.

Resilience

Sara Sebti

Founder of ShareID

Sara Sebti wasn’t meant to be an entrepreneur, at least not on paper. And yet, her journey tells the story of someone who’s drawn to challenges more than deterred by them. Her path led her to found ShareID, a company at the intersection of cybersecurity and identity, born from her drive to solve complex problems with precision and impact.

With relentless curiosity and a kind of contagious energy, she moves forward with a near-chemical drive to win. She brings structure, speed in decision-making and a deep sense of execution. Her participation in The 11 Collection is a testament to that determination that turns ambition into concrete achievement.

Loyalty

Matthieu Picon

Co-founder of Tageos, with Nicolas Jacquemin and Laurent Delaby

Matthieu Picon co-founded Tageos alongside Nicolas Jacquemin and Laurent Delaby. The three founders met during their studies and have remained business partners ever since, together building a global leader in the RFID industry. As the current CEO, Picon has led the Montpellier-based company to capture over 20% of the global market share, providing innovative tracking solutions for sectors such as retail, logistics, and luxury goods. The company, now part of Fedrigoni Group, is recognized for scaling from a local startup into an international industrial powerhouse with a strong focus on sustainable manufacturing.

Escape Velocity

Adel Haddoud

Co-founder of Infinite Orbits, with Akshay Gulati and Manos Koumantakis

Adel Haddoud founded Infinite Orbits in Toulouse at the end of 2017, with Akshay Gulati and Manos Koumantakis. He comes from a modest background, and built his path through school: an engineering degree from ISAE-SUPAERO in 1999, then an MBA from INSEAD in 2007. Before Infinite Orbits, he worked as an entrepreneur and manager, including several years in Silicon Valley.

Infinite Orbits builds satellites that approach other satellites in orbit to inspect them, protect them and extend their life. In 2023, its OrbitGuard1 nanosatellite tested in orbit a rendezvous technology based on image recognition. The company now employs more than 220 people in eight countries and works with operators such as Eutelsat. Adel Haddoud measures his success by the number of people he has brought along: young engineers given their first responsibilities, teams he has trusted early, careers that have taken off with the company.

He has kept his roots in his native region of Algeria, near Biskra, at the edge of the Sahara, where he grows dates.

Freedom

Laurent Morice & Corinne Bruel

Co-founders of Camping-Car Park

Laurent Morice and Corinne Bruel are outdoor hospitality veterans who spent twenty years running campsites before trading their offices for the open road. To truly understand their community, they spent an entire year living out of a motorhome, exploring backroads and uncovering the real needs of modern travelers.

That journey changed everything. They realized that road-trippers weren’t just looking for a place to park, but for a seamless way to experience local culture. While Laurent acts as the visionary focused on opening up Europe’s most beautiful destinations, Corinne serves as the soul of the project, ensuring every stay feels like a warm, high-quality welcome. Today, they have stepped back from day-to-day operations and are taking the time to focus on their families, while ensuring that their company does not lose its commitment to service.

Fortitude

Paul-Alexis Racine Jourdren

Founder of CetteFamille

Paul-Alexis Racine Jourdren founded CetteFamille, a human-centric, warm alternative to the standard elderly care model with a mission to ensure every senior feels loved and socially connected, rather than just managed. The company’s social impact was recognized early on and Newfund invested one year after its launch, in 2017. CetteFamille is now a member of the Crédit Agricole group and continues to scale its model of communal living while keeping genuine human affection at its core.

Paul-Alexis mentors students, specifically teaching a course on the “keys to boldness” needed to reach their objectives. He also has a special fondness for Normandy.
